Crossroads’ Paralegals perform a variety of legal assistance to attorneys and litigation teams. Our paralegals analyze the legal impact of legislative developments, administrative and judicial decisions, opinions, determinations, and rulings.
Crossroads’ Loan Processing Assistant (LPA) perform a variety of duties necessary to the processing, servicing, liquidating, or other transactions for all types of SBA loans. Normal duties are performed without direct supervision. Guidelines consist of SBA policies, procedures, directives, and applicable legislation.
Crossroads’ Loan Specialists are knowledgeable in the financial and credit factors related to business, commercial, and/or home loans including business practices and financial structures, pertinent statutory, regulatory, and administrative provisions.
