Crossroads provided administrative staff to support the Small Business Administration (SBA) Office of Capital Access (OCA), Paycheck Protection Program (PPP). The Office of Disaster Assistance provides Economic Injury Disaster Loans (EIDL) to business that have been harmed by Coronavirus-19. This contract provided loan processing administrative support service that was needed to help with the loan processing and disbursement function for those in need. Crossroads supported the origination, servicing, refinancing, and liquidation of SBA’s 504, 7(a), and disaster loan programs, as well as risk management, loan systems management, financial analysis, and other key functions supporting the OCA in response to COVID-19. Crossroads staffed up to 125 personnel at any given time during the course of this contract. Those personnel included Attorneys Paralegal/Legal Assistants (Level III and Level IV), Loan Specialists, Loan Processing Assistants, .Net Developer, and Full Stack Developer across multiple SBA loan processing and servicing centers.

Crossroads is prime contractor for the Maryland Army National Guard Military Museum of Military History located in Baltimore, MD. Crossroads currently administers and manages the Command History Office and history program for the MDNG and served as a subject matter expert to The Adjutant General, Maryland in the heritage matter. The Maryland Museum of Military history is the only military museum in the Baltimore area; hence it is the only one that carries the history of the state’s militia roots, the growth of the Maryland National Guard and its evolution as a major player in the state and international crises.
Crossroads is a prime contractor on the Arizona National Guard in Phoenix, AR providing two FTE administrative support to the Work for Warriors programs. Work for Warriors Program is designed to assist Service Members, veterans, and eligible family members in identifying their support requirements and connecting them with organizations that can meet their needs, as well as placing candidates with employers who are military and veteran friendly. In need of employment assistance, initiating support plans if requested, and working with the Service Member and their families to educate and connect them with existing programs (national, state, and local) that can assist them with their needs for employment assistance.
Crossroads is a prime contractor that provides on-site support the Marine Corps Recruit Depot Parris Island Museum located at Beaufort, SC. Our Museum Archivist provides database cataloging and archives curation, working with thousands of artifacts, images, and other materials that illustrate the history of Port Royal and Parris Island, from early Native American inhabitants of Port Royal to the modern Marines.
Crossroads as subcontractor, supported with 2.5 FTE supporting the facilitation of distance learning for the CDET students at the Marine Corps Distance Learning Program, at Marine Corps ase Kaneohe Bay, HI. Services include facilitating LRC operations and MarineNet capabilities to military (U.S. and International) and Government Civilian students. The facilitators also review current and newly developed courses to ensure proper workability of the courses prior to going live online.
