Mr. Julien Singh is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Crossroads Talent Solutions. His career spans more than three decades across the military, federal government, and private sector with extensive experience supporting federal programs and government contracting operations.
Julien began his professional career in the United States Marine Corps, serving six and a half years on active duty. During his service he completed two Western Pacific deployments as an infantry rifleman and later served three years as a Marine Security Guard assigned to U.S. diplomatic missions in St. Petersburg, Russia; Karachi, Pakistan; and Cairo, Egypt.
Following his military service, Julien worked as both a federal government employee and contractor supporting government operations. These experiences provided him a comprehensive understanding of how federal agencies operate and how contractors can best support mission requirements.
Today he leads Crossroads Talent Solutions in delivering mission-driven workforce solutions that support federal readiness and operational success.
